The hotel staff were wonderfully friendly. They proved really helpful at all times. The breakfast included many options for everyone. It was a delight. I found the location quite nice. It allowed seeing more of the local area.
This meant ordering taxis became frustrating. My room was literally next to an elementary school. It was noisy. There was no view from the room. The windows were frosted, I couldn't see anything.

bad traffic river ferry
breakfast was good and eggs cooked to order was a nice touch.
the ferry stops at 7 and cabs sometimes refuse to cross the river due to traffic, thus isolating you on one side.

I found the location excellent. It was a quick ferry to the busy areas. I also appreciated the local market nearby. It had a lot to offer. Breakfast was fabulous, and i found the pool area peaceful with plenty of shade.
The standard of english amongst staff needs improvement. I found ordering cabs frustrating. The food was too spicy for me! Even after requests for mild dishes, it was inedible. You DEFINITELY need to be on the other side of the river because the ferry service stops early.

I appreciated the room size. The riverside suite was spacious for my family of three. the breakfast buffet was varied, and i found the coffee delicious.
The pond next to the swimming pool was quite green. It was full of water moss. we also had issues with staff, the standard of english amongst them was very poor.
